This patient had her initial augmentation overseas and she was concerned with unevenness across the lower parts of her breasts,due to the fact that her implants were placed in the submuscular position. Dr Goldman has corrected this by using slightly larger Ultrahigh Profile implants and the patient is now completely satisfied with the result

Original augmentation was performed by another Surgeon using submuscular placement. The patient was unhappy with the size of her implants and requested a revision to further increase her breast size. For her revision, Dr Goldman used Ultra High Profile breast implants. Also, the replacements were not placed behind the muscles, but new pockets were created in front of the muscle (subglandular), providing a significantly better end result. After her initial breast augmentation, she was a 10DD and after Dr Goldman's revision was a 10E with an improved shape.

This patient's original augmentation was performed in New Zealand. She is a particularly petite woman but was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts after the initial augmentation. The reason being that the implants were too small and also the implants were placed under the pectoral muscles. The gap between her breasts was too great. Dr Goldman revised her breast augmentation with larger implants and also converted the augmentation from under to over the muscle (subglandular). Overall, she is very happy with her results. Her bra size before her initial augmentation was 10AA. After her initial aumentation- 10B and after Dr Goldman's revision 10D.

This patient's original augmentation was performed in New Zealand using a sub-pectoral implant placement. Her original bra size before the augmentation was a small B cup. The implants used were 300cc and she moved to a C cup.

The patient experienced worsening shape on the right side with change typical of submuscular implants. Dr Goldman used Very High Profile implants to replace her medium profile implants. Also, the replacements were not placed behind the muscles, but new pockets were created in front of the muscle (sub glandular), providing a significantly better result. Her final bra size was a 10DD.

Dr Goldman performed a revision augmentation 6 months after the original surgery. The original operation was performed in Thailand where the surgeon placed the implants in a submuscular position; this means that the implants were placed under the pectoral major muscle. This is the reason for the unusual and undesirable shape of the breasts prior to the breast augmentation revision. Please note that the corrective cosmetic surgery located the implants on top of the muscle and the patient also requested a significant upsizing. The end result is an obvious improvement. The patient's bra size before her original procedure  was 10B. After her first operation was 12C and after Dr Goldman's revision augmentation - 12DD.
